2. Warranty Duration
The warranty is valid for 2 years from the date of purchase. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
3. What's Covered
- Manufacturing Defects: Any defects in materials or workmanship.
- Malfunctions: Issues that arise during normal use of the SaunaPod, including electrical and mechanical failures.
- Replacement Parts: Any parts that need replacement due to manufacturing defects or malfunctions will be covered under this warranty.
4. What's Not Covered
- Normal Wear and Tear: Natural wear and tear that occurs over time.
- Damage from Misuse: Any damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, or failure to follow the instructions provided in the user manual.
- Unauthorized Repairs: Damage caused by repairs or modifications not carried out by authorized service centers or personnel.
- Cosmetic Damage: Scratches, dents, or any other aesthetic damage that does not affect the functionality of the product.
5. Warranty Claim Process
To initiate a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

- Provide Proof of Purchase: Ensure you have your receipt or proof of purchase ready to verify your warranty claim.
